Where Your Donations Will Go

The Rocky Health Foundation will apply your gift to our current campaign or the area which needs it the most.
The acute care unit is equipped with 31 beds for admitted patients and includes all needs from birth to end of life care.
The emergency department has two fully equipped trauma rooms and 11 stretchers available to support patients in crisis. The majority of the equipment in these rooms has been purchased with Foundation dollars supported by our generous community. This includes the stretchers, resuscitation carts, cardiac monitors, AED’s. patient warmers, IV pumps, Vital signs machines and specialty equipment to support airways for patients who are unable to breath on their own.
The Rocky Health Care Center has 2 operating room’s where completion of surgical procedures including colonoscopy, gastroscopy and arthroplasty.
Each year our hospital assists to bring about 140 babies in the world with two labor and delivery rooms available. Maternity patients are supported by Registered Midwives, Family Physicians and an Obstetrician in our community. Many pieces of equipment for obstetrical care has been provided through the support of our generous Health Services Foundation.
Warm rooms for end of care life and a welcoming space for patients and family to spend time together. The Healing Room is designed to be a meditative and reflective space and is used for musical ministry, palliative care family support and Indigenous ceremonial smudges. These spaces have also been created through generous community donations
Diagnostic Imaging, Hemodialysis, Homecare, Laboratory Services, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Public Health. Designate where you would like your donation to go.
